Why did we make DOGZYMES Complete?

We at NF have always been supplement supporters. Back in the mid-80s, when we actually, very briefly, carried a dog food and a rolled moist dog food, we asked the food manufacturers for the vitamin and mineral analysis on their foods. We wanted to be able to educate our show dog customers as to what nutrients they could be guaranteed to get in a cup of the foods we offered.

Well, guess what, they would not and could not provide, let alone guarantee such data. So immediately we realized we had to be able to deliver this nutrition to our own show dogs and customers’ dogs, over and above what might be in their food. The supplements we needed to add separately had to be high value and guaranteed per serving so we knew what was going in that dog each day. Higher guaranteed values meant better coat, color and general condition. With black Great Danes, that was really important for us personally!
